1. Booking and Payment:
- Booking only include Flight Ticket , Visa , Local Transport and food in Saudi Arabia
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your place on the tour and covers initial expenses such as flight reservations and hotel bookings.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the departure date. This allows us to finalize all arrangements and ensure a smooth departure process.
- All payments must be made through our secure online payment gateway or by bank transfer. We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your financial information and ensure the security of your transactions.
- Any cost might be different at the time of making booking, and it may go up/down by the time your visa is applied/issued, any additional differential cost to be borne by the customer
- Please make sure your passport should be at least 6 months valid before you apply for Umrah / Hajj .
- The Hotels you have been quoted will be available as per the availability, please be noted that you will be given the same, or something similar to the hotels you have been quoted. In case if we are giving you a similar hotel, you might have to add something on the top for the new hotel suggested.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- In case of any visa rejection, we can only apply for hotel and flight cancellation and refund the best possible we can, but under no circumstances we are responsible to give you 100% of the refund.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure will receive a full refund, minus a £200 processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs and non-refundable expenses incurred during the booking process.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. At this stage, significant expenses have already been incurred, such as flight tickets and hotel reservations.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund. By this time, most arrangements have been finalized, and we are unable to recover costs from our suppliers.
3. Travel Insurance:
- All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. Travel insurance is essential to protect yourself against unforeseen events that could disrupt your pilgrimage and result in financial losses.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance from a reputable provider that specializes in Hajj coverage. This will ensure that you have adequate protection for your specific needs.

4. Visa and Passport Requirements:
- Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Visa requirements vary depending on your country of origin.
- We recommend that you start the visa application process well in advance of your departure date to avoid any delays. Our team can provide guidance and assistance with the visa application process if needed.
Hajj and Umrah visas are valid for travel only in the vicinities of Jeddah, Mecca, and Medina cities. These visas cannot be used for work or residency. Unapproved travel outside these cities may result in violations of local laws and penalties as mentioned above.The Saudi government may set new departure requirements that limit when you can depart. Travellers must comply with all Saudi government travel regulations.
5. Health Requirements:
- Participants must be in good health and have received all required vaccinations. Certain countries may require additional vaccinations for Hajj / Umrah pilgrims.
- A medical certificate may be required from certain countries. This certificate must be issued by a licensed physician and should include a statement of your overall health and fitness for travel.

- If you have medical conditions, make sure to have a medical report with you and have them translated into English. Please ensure to add relevant prescriptions to your travel documents.
The public facilities for providing may be crowded, however, travellers should expect long wait times for basic amenities during Hajj, especially in Mina, Muzdalifa, and Arafat. T
6. Accommodation and Meals:
- Accommodation will be provided in shared rooms at 3-star hotels or similar. Our hotel selections are based on comfort, proximity to religious sites, and compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations for Hajj accommodations.
- Halal meals will be provided during the tour. Our caterers are experienced in providing high-quality halal cuisine that meets the dietary restrictions of our guests.
7. Transportation:
- Transportation within Saudi Arabia will be provided by air-conditioned buses or vans. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
- We have carefully planned the transportation schedule to minimize travel time and maximize your time spent in Makkah and Madinah.
8. Tour Itinerary:
- The tour itinerary is designed to provide a comprehensive and enriching Hajj experience. It includes visits to all major religious sites, as well as opportunities for spiritual reflection and personal growth.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or government regulations. We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- In the event of significant changes to the itinerary, we will promptly notify all participants and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
9. Behaviour Rules
- If your behavior is inappropriate and/or causes offence, or damage to others, or risks damage to property belonging to others, we and/or our Travel Suppliers (e.g. airline staff) may cancel you booking, in which case our and our Travel Supplier’s responsibility to you will cease immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds, payments of compensation and/or any reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result of such termination. Further, you will be liable to reimburse us for any expenses we incur as a result of such termination.
10. Responsibility and Liability:
- The tour operator is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour. We take every measure to ensure the safety of our guests, but we cannot be held liable for events beyond our control.
- Participants agree to release the tour operator from any liability related to the tour. By signing up for the Hajj tour, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
